This course covers World History from approximately 1350 CE to the Present. Topics examine various trends and events in human history from around the globe. It is a goal of this course to examine how Asian, African, American, European, and Middle Eastern cultures are connected and influence one another, rather than merely a progression of changes over time tied to national histories. Specific topics are listed in the course schedule.
